Every part and fastener restored. Eleven year restoration.
95% of fasteners are period correct with proper markings. New cad, zinc, or chrome plating or blackening as appropriate.
Stub frame and suspension powder coated.
All new suspension rubber parts.
Shocks rebuilt - Apple Hydraulics.
Unit body media blasted.
All wood body parts removed, refurbished or rebuilt w/Honduras Mahogany by Arroyo Hardwoods, Pasadena, CA.
Dynamat insulation throughout – floor, doors, firewall, roof, trunk.
Door and window mechanisms rebuilt and cad plated.
New Goodyear blackwall tires (5) – as original in 1937.
Wheels checked for cracking.
Jack, bag, and tools. Factory camber tool and front suspension spanner.
Factory option EA heater and defroster, new core. Powder coated.
Factory option Crosley radio. (Turns on, but needing overhaul.) Original flat strap antenna.
Wiper motors overhauled by Rob Ficken.
New aluminum sill plates by David Ryan, formerly w/RM Restorations
New cam and modern pistons. Short block machined and assembled by Steve Fekete - Hollywood Machine Shop, Pasadena, CA.
New high volume cylinder heads –Jim Higman.
New timing chain.
Block studs redone with solid inserts.
Porsche valve adjuster modification.
All new supercharger internal parts.
Stainless external supercharger oiler – J K Howell design.
Completely rebuilt correct AA25 carburetor – Carburetor Engineering, Pasadena, CA
Exhaust manifolds high-heat powder coated.
Stainless exhaust system – Simmons, Silvertone Exhaust. Black high-heat powder coated.
NOS muffler – Glenn Pray.
New radiator – complete.
Period correct hose clamps throughout cooling system. All new hoses.
Transmission has been modified with thicker thrust washers.
New motor and transmission mounts.
New copper vacuum, fuel, vent, and brake lines.
New windshield frames – perfect!
All new glass.
Reproduction 1937 headlight lenses (acrylic) – Richard Steiner
New engine-turned dash panel.
All interior door, window, and sill screws stainless steel.
Clock works – original.
Odometer reads 2529. The actual mileage on the car is unknown.
New wiring looms and cables by Henry Portz.
Electric fuel pump and filter mounted in front of rear axle.
Gas tank opened, de-rusted, cleaned, reassembled, coated.
Sparton horns rebuilt and powder coated.
